Development to include excavation works for the construction of underground agriculture store and extension to existing premises (Livestock). Development to be made accessible for all, including installation of a lift and sanitary facilities, construction of a greenhouse, installation of PV panels and provision of parking spaces. The application is also intended to sanction the alterations from previous permit, and the removal of the illegalities on site.
