Excavation of part of the site and demolition of buildings and structures; construction of residential cluster CN1 which consists of an underlying basement including lock-up garages, car spaces, stores, and utility rooms and overlying 227 residential units; construction of residential cluster CN2 which consists of underlying basement levels that include lock-up garages, car spaces, stores, and utility rooms and overlying 82 residential units and restoration and rehabilitation of the Remnant of the original Old Plague Hospital (Near CN2) to become a Class 4C unit; construction of residential cluster CN3 which consists of 10 residential units with adjacent lock-up garages and the restoration and rehabilitation of the Manoel Destroyer Depot and adjacent D.S.E.A. building to form another 4 residential units; construction of commercial area CO1 which consists of Class 4D units and includes restoration and rehabilitation of the former Manoel Hospital Building (Ex Customs House) to become a Class 4D restaurant, the restoration and rehabilitation of an existing building adjacent to St George’s Chapel to be converted into a Lapidarium; construction of commercial area CO2 that includes construction of an underlying multilevel car-park facility and overlying Clubhouse including Class 3C gymnasium, swimming pool, padel courts with an ancillary Class 4C outlet; formation of loading bays, upgrading of the main vehicular streets and installation of site-wide infrastructure including LPG tanks; formation of public open spaces that include a circa 10,000 sqm Indigenous garden; recreation of the historic Bovile street including restoration of the last remaining historic Bovile division wall; formation of streets and piazzas including St George’s Chapel (already restored under PA/01141/16), marina promenade and other landscaped areas including part of the original quay wall.
