To sanction minor changes to structural elements as constructed and to incorporate kitchen to service Class 4D outlet at front of development, to include additional passenger lifts and vehicular parking spaces within the development, and to carry out minor changes to design of building as approved in PA10530/17 and to install signage on the façade.
