Alterations including dismantling of accretions of no value including recently built room and external wall at courtyard, at first floor; dismantling of concrete pre-stressed beams and infill bricks roof and bridge, dismantling part of staircase, shifting xorok ceilings` levels, opening of new internal apertures. Proposed additional construction of new internal partitions, additional construction at second and receded floor overlying addition to the proposed guesthouse, introducing a contemporary lightweight staircase and lift at all levels, minor alterations and restoration to external facade.
