1-To sanction variations from PA3092/07 including pump room smaller than approved, cess pit, tool room, small timber enclosure and natural random stone paving. 2- removal of pre-existing rubble walls; removal of existing structures including tegole roof, light weight composite panel roof, glazed timber enclosures and parapet walls; removal of existing synthetic turf, fresh water pond and natural random stone paving to expose pre-existing soil. 3-to construct rabbit breeding facility, including use of tool room as store for rabbit food and similar consumables and use of the small timber enclosure as manure clamp.
