To sanction departures in existing terraced house as built from that approved in PA/5775/20, which include changes in the use of some of the rooms, location of underground water reservoir, addition of lightweight staircase to access roof level. To include also the proposed raising of party wall and alterations at roof level including the raising of the parapet wall to the back of the property and installation of a screen in lightweight sandwich panels above party wall for privacy.
