Change of use from vacant Class 3B Hotel to Class 4A Business Centre/Offices over four floors and two Class 4D/food and beverage establishments at Upper Ground Floor level, one ancillary to the main complex and one independent of 75 sq.m; to include restoration and alterations to the existing dilapidated Savoy Hotel main building, demolition of the derelict ‘annex’ building and demolition of the decommissioned Fuel Station within the same site. Excavation of the site only under the vacant land, and construction of an extension consisting of four basement levels and six overlying office floors (Class 4A), two of which are receded floors. Redevelopment of the “front garden” area into a pedestrianized terraced piazza with soft and hard landscaping to include also restoration of the existing original boundary wall and gates. Proposal also includes signage at garage entrance.
