Proposed sanctioning of pre-1978 structures including the pre-1994 extensions to the same (referred to in EC/01632/96) - the latter have a footprint area equal to that of the collapsed pre- 1978 structures together with the pre-1978 structure proposed for demolition in the demolition plan being submitted (which structures are visible on the pre-1978 orthophoto). Such a proposal results in a Planning Gain following the existing consolidation of structures from that which existed prior to 1978 and/or reclamation of land to soil following the demolition of the existing pre-1978 structure previously referred. The proposed use will be as garage/s for the parking of private vehicles and an agricultural store instead of the current legal use as a Class 5B (General Industry) as covered by way of the pre-1992 Police License TL/G/170/86 (a copy is being submitted in this application) - hence a further Planning Gain. Sanctioning also includes the existing boundary wall (built by the Government Department along Triq ix-Xaghra tal-Bandieri) and the pre-1978 ramp/flooring as shown highlighted on the respective submitted drawing
