To make alterations at ground floor level to change the use of the cafeteria (class 4C) into an ancillary games room and a class 4B beauty parlor, to relocate the breakfast area at ground floor to the receded floor level as approved in PA/07446/19 and change the current breakfast area into an ancillary health club, change the board room into a back office and a luggage room and to remove the current luggage room to have a larger reception area. This application is also to change the use of a sitting room to a bedroom at the First and second-floor level and to the walls and apertures of the apartments at the fifth-floor level to improve the layout and eliminate the accessible room which has been relocated to the fourth-floor level as approved in PA/03763/17.
