To propose internal and external modifications to the layout of residential units and garages as approved in applications PA/02155/24, PA/03533/24, PA/04408/24, PA/04585/24, and PA/01590/24. Changes to the approved facades are also being proposed. The approved lower basement level (level-2) will be removed, with additional garages added on the upper basement level (level-1). A substation will be constructed at the basement level. In total, there will be 78 garages, 3 maisonettes, 51 apartments, and 13 penthouses.
