The works to be sanctioned include the following: -removal of 2 car spaces at level -1, to be replaced by staff changing rooms, -addition of ancillary lobby cafe at level 0, -roofing over of part of the back yard at level 1 with glass, -addition of 1 guest room at levels 2, 3 and 4 and removal of 1 guest room at level 8, 9 and 10, - replacement of guest rooms at level 11 by lounge and meeting rooms, -the pool at level 11 is to become partly indoor, partly outdoor, -one apartment at level 12 is to be replaced by 3 guest rooms, -various internal alterations
