Minor amendments to approved permit PA/2711/19 and DS/00249/19. Proposal to include sanctioning of internal alterations to walls in ground and first floor and external roof walls alterations, change of material of slabs in first floor and small part in ground floor. Proposal to also include facade restoration works of apertures as per approved GS/00240/19, which includes the replacement of the closed balcony, timber window, timber main door and replacement of wrought iron fanlight. Proposal to also include cleaning of facade.
