Proposed embellishment of Birzebbuga promenade, including construction of promenade, Class 4D shops including outdoor tables and chairs, public sanitary facilities, reservoirs, landscaping and parking area, addressing flood relief/surface water discharge presently effecting outdoor placement of tables and chairs and re-organisation of public transport shelters. Application will not effect the existing traffic arrangement.
