Proposal includes also introduction of lifts and stairwell providing users direct access to ground floor level. Proposal forms part of larger scheme planned for the San Gwann Piazza which will be submitted in its entirety in a separate planning application. Open nature of existing Misrah Lewza to be retained and enlarged by including the surrounding areas.
