To sanction existing third floor level (7 units) in lieu of the 2 penthouses approved in PA/3140/17, and to introduce a setback floor at fourth-floor level (total 5 penthouses). The revised proposal will result in a total of seven (7) apartments and five (5) penthouses, replacing the two (2) penthouses previously approved under PA/3140/17, which is a renewal of PA/8233/05.
