The proposed development involves the change of use of an existing terraced house to a Class 3A guesthouse, together with the partial demolition of the existing structure and excavation works to accommodate a basement level and two lift shafts. The project will transform the existing property into a fully functional guesthouse that integrates both new and retained structural elements. The development includes the construction of a recessed upper floor and a basement, as well as extensions to the existing ground and first floors. The guesthouse will comprise a restaurant and five guest rooms at ground floor level. The first floor will accommodate a further eight guest rooms, while the recessed upper floor will feature six additional guest rooms, each with private ensuite facilities. This upper level will also include an elevated garden and a swimming pool, providing enhanced amenities for guests. The basement will house supporting facilities, including a gym, spa, staff quarters, and public toilets.
