Iklin - Josies Bathrooms Centre, Triq in-Naxxar and, Triq il-Muzika, Iklin
The proposal seeks the sanctioning of the existing Class 4B showroom as built, due to variations from the approved development permit PB1688/80. It further includes the construction of a vertical extension over the existing premises, consisting of two additional floors, the uppermost of which is to be designated as a Class 4A office and the second floor a Class 4B showroom. The development also provides for a series of internal alterations, including the installation of a passenger lift serving all floors and the removal of the existing storage areas at ground and first-floor levels to increase the net retail area. Additionally, the proposal includes variations from the official building alignment.
