Internal alterations to an existing pre-1967 town house, including demolition of accretions and construction of a first floor level. Works include: converting the ground floor level into 4 bedrooms, living area and study, while at first floor level, constructing of a living, kitchen, dining, pantry and bathroom and splash pool, at roof level construction of a domestic store and installation of pv panels. A lift will be introduced to connect the two levels, including other additions and modifications. Works also include restoration of the existing facade.
