Sanctioning of reinstated walls on two sides and the proposed construction of a third wall. The former retaining walls existed prior to 1967 and 1978, as evidenced by the difference in soil levels between the site and the surrounding land (vide aerial photos and 1968 survey sheet). The proposal also includes the formation of a ramp in beaten-up soil to access the site, a pedestrian timber-clad gate, backfilling with soil to restore the site’s existing level, and landscaping
