This application proposes the creation of a domestic parking space within the approved garden/yard area using hard landscaping surfacing, with minimal impact on the soft landscaping layout. It includes the adjustment of the existing gate to allow for safe vehicular access, with the proposed width designed to ensure maneuverability while remaining visually integrated into the elevation and boundary wall. 1.5m-high internal masonry pillars are proposed to structurally support the existing rubble wall, along with a lightweight privacy screen not exceeding 1.80m in total height to enhance residential amenity. The reinstatement of a previously approved fascia element is also included, in full conformity with the original permit drawings.
