To sanction minor internal and external alterations at all levels to the approved “For Rest” Apart Hotel (Class 3A) and restaurant (Class 4D), as well as to carry out proposed alterations at ground floor level. The application also consists of sanctioning an existing canopy, removal and replacement of a canopy with a retractable awning, and the placement of pv panels and service equipment at roof level (site covered by PA/4446/17; PA/667/20).
