Alterations include: the construction of a lift within the main house, extending from ground to first-floor level and excavation of lift pit; removal of some internal walls at both ground and first floor, and the construction of new walls at first floor level; construction of parapet wall at upper-roof level to screen services, and the replacement of external glazed timber apertures with double-glazed timber apertures. Additional interventions comprise the construction of a room on the first-floor balcony, and the installation of pvc panels.
