The development includes, inter alia, three residential quarters comprising 18 bedrooms in total, three kitchens, and three living/dining areas; three classrooms; a gymnasium; a staffroom; a clinic; and a kitchen. The proposal also incorporates inter alia two training workshops, two visitor areas, a reception area, outdoor amenity spaces, service areas, an agricultural store, additional storage facilities, a parking area and other ancillary facilities.
