Proposed change of use of current site to open storage for the parking of refuse collection vehicles given proximity to waste facility. Proposal includes also the sanctioning of boundary wall (pre-1994) and structures on the periphery (partially pre-1994) proposed to be used as ancillary facilities to the proposed use, and to propose the construction of a cesspit for waste water collection.
