To connect residence and garage via back garden. Proposal includes i) opening of a a door and construction of an external stairwell to connect garage; ii) sanctioning of an external terrace and staircase which created a better connection of the residence to the back garden. There are no internal alterations to this pre-1967 construction and no internal construction works were carried out since.
