To demolish part of the existing dwelling constructed post-1967, reinstate the area with soil, and construct an additional floor over the remaining part to create a three bedroom dwelling. An underground reservoir will be built beneath the reinstated field, and a rubble wall is proposed between the reinstated field and the alley. An existing small domestic store is also proposed to be sanctioned.
