To sanction existing and to propose changes in lieu of PA8721/18. Changes involve mainly the design of the facade on Triq il-Vittmi tax-Xoghol, changes to internal wall layouts due to a change in site configuration following a site survey and change in basement level since the garage was built bigger than that approved in PA8721/18. Total number of 3 lock up garages remained unchanged, but car spaces were approved to take 5 cars and constructed to fit 9 cars. Total number of floors remained unchanged: in total basement floor, four floors and a setback floor, but dwelling units were approved as 9 and constructed as 10.
