Demolition of part of existing terraced house to reinforce ground level structure and to reconstruct dwelling with new layouts and facades. The proposal seeks the sanctioning of deviations from approved permit PB3694/87 which includes sanctioning of the change of use from a store to a chapel, as well as internal alterations consisting of changes to the wall layouts at ground floor level.
