To open a private car garage door opening, install a traditional closed timber balcony, timber apertures, small stone balconies with wrought iron railing and reconstruct stone cornice with 'fontispizju'. To install large ventilated skylight over courtyard, reconstruct slab over bedroom with traditional systems and washroom at roof level.
