Internal alterations at ground floor consist of enlarging garage, removal of internal wall to form open plan, construction of pool (above ground) and w.c. in the back yard. Alterations at first floor include the removal of internal dividing walls and the formation of an open bridge over the internal yard. Facade stone fabric and timber apertures to undergo restoration.
