To construct the development as approved in PA/3707/14 as an extension to one of the residential units approved in PA/03472/13 which included the subdivision of an existing farmhouse, alterations and extension at rear and at first floor so as to form two residences . Proposal had included excavation for two swimming pools. Volume for the pool and reservoir approved in PA/3707/14 has already been excavated on site.
