To sanction the joining of the two pre-68 dwelling and structures (as visible in the pre-67 aerial photo), including alterations made thereafter. These include the construction of a staircase to join the two previously different leveled properties together, also providing access to the roof of one of previously inaccessible structures, and construction of a domestic store at the rear end of the joined properties, and proposed lowering of the roof in same domestic store.
