To construct a small shallow splash pool and sundeck slightly raised above existing roof level in order to accommodate pool depth. The proposal also includes a small roof level sanitary facility and a raised left-hand side party wall to permit construction of a water feature aligned with party wall next to the pool. The roof back boundary wall will also be slightly raised and finished off with tempered glass railing. The underside of the raised sundeck will also double up as a low level storage space and pool pump area. Existing premises has been fully regularized via RG/97/24.
