Alterations to the approved PA3083/21 including: Change to site boundary which has increased by 18 sq.m. To sanction changes to the approved Class 2C childcare centre, including an alteration to the entrance ramp, lowering of the floor level of the outdoor area with the inclusion of an access ramp and change to the fence, changes in internal doors, removal of one small toilet and alteration to a dividing wall. Addition of three signs requiring sanctioning, and retention of another three signs that were already approved in PA3083/21. The proposed Class 4B retail remains unchanged from that already approved in PA3083/21.
