To sanction modifications to the original layout as per PAPB/1588/84 and also sanction the change of use from a Class 4B shop to a Class 4B barber/hairdressing salon. The proposal also includes the installation of a fully retractable awning and a shop sign at the first-floor level, with outdoor units to integrated within the sign. Additionally, the works will involve the removal of unauthorized external cladding and silver aluminium apertures, with new apertures to be introduced.
