Internal alterations to approved farm (PA1406/21 and PA471/23) including excavation of existing store to create mezzanine for more storage with external and internal stairs. Proposal includes also the sanctioning of a store for machine vehicles (roof of which is already approved through PA1406/21), proposed excavation of same store to create additional storage facilities. Application also includes relocation of proposed trees to alternative area within same site and also the excavation of a water reservoir.
