Refurbishment of existing school both internally and externally. Works include maintenance work to the structure, replacement of all internal and external finishes (including tiles, wall and ceiling finishes, internal and external doors and windows, etc,), upgrading of all mechanical and electrical services, replacement of existing and provision of new sanitary facilities, improving accessibility around the school, replacement of deteriorated concrete floors, maintenance and repainting of external envelope including the boundary walls, and the replacement railings. Works also include minor alterations consisting of the provision of new sanitary facilities, the installation of a platform lift (works as per DNO552/21) and installation of PV panels on roof (to be laid flat).
