Proposed works to make internal alterations to the existing retail area at ground floor level: To eliminate a secondary entrance to the retail by removing the existing external ramp and stairs, to block part of another existing external stairs located at the side of the building, make alterations to the existing partitions to form a separate retail Class 4B, fix new glass panels to the facade, install an accessible platform lift near the main entrance and make alterations to the existing main entrance stairs to make it in line with the official building alignment.
