To demolish a hotel and underlying commercial premises, to excavate site (including that covered by PA6894/20) and carry out alterations to existing apartment and garage including extension to existing parking area by interconnecting with adjacent site. To change of use from apartments to part of a Class 3B hotel and to construct a Class 3B hotel with a total of 109 suites and ancillary facilities. An existing Class 4D restaurant will be reconstructed as part of the works. Most of the works including additional floors to the Class 3B hotel are covered by PA1137/17 (expired). Proposal includes a sub-station.
