Proposed alterations to PA/2106/23 that include the transfer of roof level restaurant (Class 4D) to the ground floor level. Repositioning of floor slabs from second floor upwards to allocate 9 additional suites (Class 3A) for a combined total of 24 suites. Proposal also includes minor intervention to the facade and redistribution of volumes through terracing at upper levels.
