To propose structural alterations to pre-1967 block. The alterations include the demolition of some internal walls; façade at 1st floor; stairs; and the 2 balconies at first floor. Yet the proposal does not include for the demolition of slabs, except for the creation of a ventilation/service shaft and lift shaft. The proposal includes for the extension of roofed over internal area at the back; erection of new walls in order to create a vertical lift, all in order to produce a layout in keeping with today’s standards, while improving the vertical access, while keeping the same number of units with bigger balconies.
