To sanction alterations carried out to PB610/83 and DN/01672/13 mainly roof structure larger than approved in DN/01672/13, canopy in front of garage entrance in front garden, another canopy in 1st floor terrace (above garage), pv panels (placed on roof of washroom) not in line with PA policies, replacement of apertures without the notification procedure in S.L.552.08 and internal and external alterations to the facade from what was approved in PB43/83/610/83.
