Updating facade of approved permit PA 6499/17 and change of use. Louvers on facade are proposed to being replaced with glass curtain walls. This permit relates to the construction of 7 underground floors which comprise of 139 parking spaces spread over Levels -7, -6, -5, -4, -3, -2 & -1. Level -1 includes also a duplex Class 4D (restaurant) outlet with interconnected parts at Level 0. Construction of 6 floors (above ground) plus receded floor, which comprise of a Class 4D (restaurant/ cafeteria) outlet, a Class 4D (eatery outlet) and an office reception space at ground floor level, and Class 4A (offices) on Levels 0, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7. Parts of Level 0 & Level 1 comprise of Classrooms (Class 2C). Permit also includes sanctioning of minor internal shifting in walls, columns, staircases and shafts, which were surveyed after construction and changing from Class 4C to Class 4D on Level -1, Class 4C to Class 4D, 4A & 2C on Level 0 and Class 4A to 2C on Level 1.
