To eliminate car lift and basement level -3 approved in PA/07697/22, extend excavation and construct 2 floors of basement for parking with a different layout from that approved in PA/07697/22. To construct a total of 11 new maisonettes, 42 new apartments (partly linked and accessed from approved permit PA/07697/22 and 8 new penthouses (partly linked and accessed from approved permit PA/07697/22. In order to achieve a homogenous design, minor internal and external alterations is being proposed to PA/07697/22. In total, the project will consist of 14 maisonettes, 57 apartments and 12 penthouses.
