To sanction changes from approved PB4023/87. Changes being sanctioned consist of the shifting of internal partitions, extension of the stairwell at the back, the construction of a domestic store at roof level, the installation of pv panels on roof and the changes to architectural elements on the facade. New works being proposed include the extension of the garage and of the back yard, reformation of the reservoir and an access staircase from ground floor to the garage.
