Internal alterations to a pre 1968 property which consists of a social club. It is also being proposed to construct two overlying residential floors on the existing building. The alterations include the demolition of a few dilapidated rooms, the re-positioning of the bathrooms and the construction of a staircase and lift to link the new floors with the ground floor level. The proposal also seeks to reactivate the social club permit and to reinstate a few deteriorated masonry blocks which form part of the existing facade.
