To construct a pool within the backyard of a semi-detached villa, the demolition of a wall at basement level to create space for the pool, the excavation of the rear part of the basement garage to construct a balance tank and pump room, and the construction of a parapet wall at roof level to screen services. The proposal also includes the sanctioning of variations from PA2387/23 which consist of: the shifting of a few walls at basement level, internal heights and the installation of solar panels.
