Proposed demolition of boundary walls to combine two adjacent pre-1968 properties into one original whole, sanctioning of demolition of recent accretions in the backyard to make way for the construction of a small bathroom, lowering of ceiling of pre-1968 garage to accommodate a bedroom, widening of garage door, removal of wall separating two doors to form a larger opening, construction of loggia in front of the proposed larger door, construction of a staircase at the back of the garage to create an internal connection to the overlying floor. Proposal also seeks permission to open three new apertures on the elevation and sanction variations on elevation, sanction lightweight structure at roof level and sanction mechanically ventilated bathroom in bedroom at first floor level from approved PA7203/16 . Restoration of the facade of No.69 and replacement of existing metal apertures with timber apertures.
