To sanction any differences from RG773/23 as built. Differences include: Removal of internal staircase as approved in PA107/11/MA85a and roofing over of same part. Shifting of internal walls and dividing apartments as originally approved in PA107/11/44a. All changes are internal and irregularities approved by RG773/23 are all found in the recessed floor, which have not been changed and retained as approved by RG. Application is to sanction changes and revert back to 2 apartments from duplex.
