ACQUISITION OF LAND Amendment IT is hereby notified that reference is being made to Government Notice No. 574, published in Government Gazette No. 20,862 of the 18th May, 2022 on pages 8483 to 8485, related to the expropriation of a plot of land in Marsa. The plot measuring 170 square metres and shown delineated with the colour yellow and marked as plot no. ‘1’ on plan L.D. no. 156G/73 was indicated incorrectly by mistake on the plan of the Land Registry annexed with this same declaration and should be according to the plan with the no. 261167M.
